Mayur is an institution where human resource and technology come together to manufacture products that gain worldwide recognitions.

In order to impart the high levels of service adherence and to achieve unparalleled product quality we have equipped our processing plants with state of the art technology. 

For weaving we have 104 looms of Sulzer 190, Sulzer 220, Toyoda, Picanol and Dornier.

For the purpose of processing and world class finishing we are equipped with Pacific Auto Jigger, Jet Dyeing, Jumbo Scouring, Drying Range, Stenter, K/D, Contifit, Sanforising, Calender, Singeing, Airo Finish, Cone dyeing machine.

To gauge the latest trends in the ever-changing world of textiles/garments we have some of the best brains in our Design and Development team. To facilitate the team in their endeavor we have Suzuki Warping machine (Piece length up to 100 meter in 8 meter peripherals), 2 Sulzer looms for producing bulk sample yardages and 6 Sample looms with a capacity of about 1000 Design blankets monthly. Additionally we continuously develop fabrics with new fibers like Silk, Bamboo, Soya in P/V blended fabrics.
