RSWM is one of the largest producers and exporters of polyster viscose blended yarn in the country. It operates almost 3,60,000 spindles and produces 1,00,000 MT of yarn annually. The company has strengths and expertise to deliver India’s largest quality of grey, dyed and melange yarn while specializing in technical fabric.

RSWM has in-house fabric weaving and processing facilities with an installed capacity of 12 million metres per annum. It has a state-of-the-art garment unit for global customers with a capacity to deliver 13,000 units daily.

Modern technologies and world class skills enable the company to produce the highest quality adhering to stringent international norms and to get approvals from world wide regulatory bodies. It was recently awarded Rajiv Gandhi National Quality Award.

The company has initiated a Rs. 900 crore expansion plan. Its Denim and 46MW Captive Power Plants have commenced operation. RSWM international B.V. Holland incorporated as a 100% subsidiary of RSWM executes a 50-50 joint venture with SISA SA, Spain. The new JV entity is known as RSWM SISA. The company has also announced the acquisition of Cheslind Textiles Ltd., a Bangalore-based textile unit.
